CAN YOU DELIVER/COLLECT THE EQUIPMENT?

Yes,  Our delivery rates are very competitive

When using our transport service there must be adequate parking at the destination for a vehicle (we will advise of the size at the time of booking). If we are required to park for a period of time then the cost of parking will need to be covered or permits provided.

As with all companies in our industry, if any fines are incurred whist delivering or collecting equipment and adequate parking was unavailable then the fine will be the responsibility of the hirer.

Our collection and delivery service is to the road side. If you require the equipment to be moved or set up then this is a separate service which needs to be booked and paid for prior to the hire.

I DON’T KNOW WHAT I NEED… HELP!

Our team are all fully trained and have extensive knowledge of our products. With their hands-on experience in the industry, they will know exactly what package you require to give you the best results, whilst making sure we are within your budget.

From providing a one-speaker system for a romantic engagement proposal to providing a full staging PA solution, Lighting, Marquee or event decoration we know what we are doing.

Even if you have no technical knowledge or are a technophobe then we will be able to assist you and explain exactly what will work best. Our advice is totally free and all of our staff are very friendly and easy to chat to.

WHAT ID AND DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED?

When hiring from M2K Entertainment Ltd you will need to provide three forms of identification.

Identification must be provided by the hirer when dry hiring equipment. ID will be retained by us until the return of all equipment. Exceptions may include:-where equipment is delivered to a hirer’s home address, council authorities, company representatives, and previous known clients.
(If ID is not made available, equipment will not be dry hired). Any or all deposits are taken at our discretion and we reserve the right to ask for a full deposit to the value of the goods. The hirer must have substantial insurance in place to cover the full cost of any loss or damage to the equipment while on hire or whilst being transported.

When hiring equipment we will take a copy of your credit or debit card for authorisation (it will need to be in the same name as your identification). No money will be charged to it but a check will be run to make sure it is a valid card.

1. Do you accept card payments?
Yes we do.

2. What types of cards do you accept?
We accept the following types of debit and credit cards: Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and MasterCard.

3. Are there any additional fees for using a card for payment?
No, there are no fees applicable to consumers.

4. Can I use contactless payment methods?
Yes, we can accept contactless payment.

5. Is it safe to make card payments with your company?
Yes, we abide and comply by PCI DSS stands for 'Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards'.

6. Can I save my card information for future purchases?
Yes.

7. Do you offer installment payment options for card payments?
We do not offer a buy now pay later option, but you are able to pay down on a service until the full payment due.

8. What should I do if my card payment is declined?
First, and obviously, check that you entered your information accurately. If there's still a problem, contact the customer service number for the bank or credit union that gave you the card. They may be able to tell you what the issue is and how to fix it.
